Casa Miga, rappresenta un raffinato esempio di intervento su un appartamento al rustico, trasformato in uno spazio abitativo dal carattere unico e sofisticato. Lo studio ha curato in ogni dettaglio l’interior design dell’appartamento, occupandosi della scelta delle finiture e dei materiali, creando un ambiente che unisce armoniosamente elementi storici e moderni. Il lavoro si è concentrato sulla valorizzazione degli elementi storici presenti nell’appartamento, attraverso un gioco di contrasti con soluzioni contemporanee. Armadi, pareti divisorie e arredi su misura sono stati progettati con linee moderne e pulite, in perfetto equilibrio con la storicità dello spazio. Ogni elemento è stato pensato per dialogare con la struttura esistente, esaltando la bellezza dell’antico senza sovrastarla.Per i pavimenti è stato scelto un parquet a spina di pesce, che conferisce calore e un tocco di eleganza all’intero appartamento, mentre nei bagni è stato utilizzato un cemento architettonico che aggiunge un’impronta di modernità e robustezza, mantenendo un linguaggio coerente con il resto della casa. I colori utilizzati per le pareti e gli arredi sono tenui ed eleganti, e creano un ambiente rilassante e accogliente. Queste tonalità, sapientemente combinate con i materiali scelti, conferiscono a Casa Miga una personalità distintiva, dove il passato e il presente si incontrano in un equilibrio perfetto.

Casa Miga represents a refined example of a transformation of a raw apartment into a unique and sophisticated living space. ZDA meticulously crafted every detail of the apartment’s interior design, carefully selecting finishes and materials to create an environment that harmoniously blends historical and modern elements. The project focused on enhancing the historical features of the apartment through a play of contrasts with contemporary solutions. Custom-made wardrobes, partition walls, and furnishings were designed with modern and clean lines, perfectly balanced with the historical character of the space. Each element was conceived to interact with the existing structure, highlighting the beauty of the old without overwhelming it. For the floors, a herringbone parquet was chosen, adding warmth and a touch of elegance to the entire apartment, while architectural concrete was used in the bathrooms, adding a sense of modernity and robustness, while maintaining a consistent design language throughout the home. The colors selected for the walls and furnishings are soft and elegant, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. These tones, skillfully combined with the chosen materials, give Casa Miga a distinctive personality where the past and present meet in perfect harmony.​
